1940's 14 fret Round Hole

Arturo Carbonell is a Spanish Luthier who set up shop in Marseille in the 1920's...Marcel Bianchi was his earliest known endorser, and his first model is largely inspired by the Maccaferri guitar. he continued building various models until probably the early 50's..this particular model is 100% original with a round hole solid shaded spruce top.SB tuners that turn backwards, laminated mahogany back and sides, rosewood neck with a rosewood fingerboard..there is a near invisible top crack pro repaired (not were the top is darker..closer to the middle..like i said it is not easily visible) and a few dings and scrapes, but it is otherwise in very excellent condition. perfect action and playability, and excellent gypsy bark.. it also happens to be the only Carbonell i've ever had..they are indeed quite rare, and in this condition even more..
