"Grand Modele", refinished deep deep marroon, maple back and sides, spruce top, maple neck with rosewood fingerboard. I bought this guitar in France and showed it to Francois Charle. we looked at it and could not figure out who made it..it is a very very good souding and playing gypsy guitar.. it's got a man's neck, just like the ones they made in the fifties.
