laminated Birdseye Maple back and sides..solid Spruce top, three piece Mahogany neck, SB tuners and Delaruelle tailpiece..this is likely to be one of the last guitars he built..at some point, a previous owner decided to install a Pick Up, and to accommodate it, probably had somebody slightly "modify" the soundhole to fit it.. the PU is gone, but the trace remains.. this is an excellent sounding and playing guitar, which is in otherwise great condition.. no fret wear whatsoever..set up and ready to play..this is such a great guitar..and rare too..
