This is an outstanding example of the Joseph di Mauro's creation..with it's distintive "heart-shape" soudhole.. laminated birdseye maple back an sides, solid european spruce top..three piece mahogany neck, with rosewood fingerboard, and original SB tuners... this guitar is in very excellent condition..the geometry of the instrument is perfect...the fingerboard and frets are new.. the playability is spot on and so is the sound.. no matter what opinion one may have about vintage guitars, this one proves why I personnaly would choose a vintage guitar like this one over any modern "interpretation".. and these are also getting harder to find in any condition..
